Important Update: Upcoming Rate Adjustments
Dear Clients, As part of our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care, our practice will be implementing a staggered rate adjustment to reflect current professional standards and the rising cost of living. These changes ensure that our clinicians can continue to offer the highest level of service and support.
Effective December 15, 2025: Mental Health Clinician sessions will increase from $120 to $135 per session. Occupational Therapy sessions will increase from $130 to $145 per session.
Effective March 1, 2026: Mental Health Clinician sessions will increase from $135 to $150 per session. Occupational Therapy sessions will increase from $145 to $160 per session.
We understand that rate changes can impact planning, and we want to provide ample notice to allow for any necessary adjustments. Our team remains committed to your well-being and to providing care that is compassionate, professional, and effective. These adjustments ensure we can continue offering you the level of service you deserve while supporting our clinicians and staff sustainably.

Counselling
Our clinicians are Masters level therapists who hold degrees in Counselling Psychology and Social Work. We specialize in children’s mental health and parenting but also work with individuals and families of all ages. Combined, our clinicians offer mental health support in a client-focused and collaborative manner and provide interventions based on various trainings such as Theraplay, Safe and Sound Protocol, Attachment Theory, Family Systems, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, and so much more!
Occupational Therapy
PEDIATRIC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY helps children develop the skills needed for daily activities and learning by addressing various challenges such as ADHD, autism, sensory processing disorders, and other developmental delays. Therapists use targeted strategies to improve a child's ability to function effectively in different environments. Key aspects include:
- Developing coping strategies for managing anxiety
- Enhancing focus and organizational skills in children with ADHD
- Providing sensory integration techniques to address sensory processing issues
- Promoting independence in daily activities (eating, dressing, toileting) through personalized interventions
- Improving fine and gross motor skills
- Supporting social skills and emotional regulation
- Assisting with visual-perceptual and cognitive skills development
- Facilitating play skills and overall engagement in age-appropriate social activities
- Encourages participation in daily life activities such as school, social interaction to foster a sense of belonging
Group Sessions
Grit Group (Ages 9-11)
Helping kids build resilience, confidence, and strong emotional skills
Is your child navigating big feelings, friendship challenges, or stress from school and daily life? The Growing Grit Therapy Group offers a safe, encouraging environment where kids ages 9–11 can connect with peers, learn healthy coping skills, and feel understood.
Through games, art activities, guided discussions, and mindfulness exercises, participants will:
- Build emotional awareness and communication skills
- Develop grit—the confidence to keep trying, bounce back from setbacks, and tackle tough situations
- Learn strategies for managing anxiety, frustration, and stress
- Practice positive social interactions and problem-solving
- Strengthen resilience and self-esteem
- Feel supported by a licensed therapist and a group of peers who “get it”
Our group is designed to be fun, interactive, and empowering—helping kids grow stronger on the inside while building meaningful connections on the outside.
Details:
• Ages: 9–11
• Format: Small weekly group sessions led by a licensed therapist.
• Ideal for: Kids experiencing friendship struggles, big emotions, anxiety, or who benefit from extra support developing resilience and grit.
