Bree is on faculty at the Neufeld Institute, where developmental psychologist Dr. Gordon Neufeld has mentored her in a relational developmental approach and playful interventions. This background gives her a distinct lens on development, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationship struggles, and the loss of play and meaning in our lives.
She understands the courage it takes to seek counselling, and the vulnerability of letting someone else in on your struggles. Bree’s aim is simple: to create a culturally sensitive space where you feel accepted and worthy exactly as you are. Everyone wrestles with something — perfection was never the goal.
As a certified Neufeld Institute parent consultant, Bree also facilitates courses, sharing her knowledge of relationships and development with a wider audience.

Kaysia is a compassionate child and adolescent clinical therapist with over a decade of experience supporting young people, families, and caregivers through the challenges of mental health, trauma, and anxiety. Her work is grounded in an integrative approach, drawing from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), attachment theory, mindfulness-based practices, and trauma-informed care.
Guided by curiosity and connection, Kaysia thoughtfully tailors her use of modalities to meet the individual needs of each client. She sees therapy as a process of learning, un-learning, and rediscovery—supporting individuals as they make sense of the parts of themselves that feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unseen, while validating the coping mechanisms they’ve relied on.
“I believe that healing begins with self-compassion. By using approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and narrative techniques, I help children, adolescents, and families better understand the fears, expectations, and patterns that shape their experiences. My role is to walk alongside them with empathy, authenticity, and a touch of humour—creating a safe space to let go of what no longer serves them and embrace what aligns with who they truly are.

Michelle is a graduate of the Master of Marriage and Family Therapy (MMFT) program and is currently awaiting her professional designation as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She also holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.), and her several years of experience working within the school system give her a unique understanding of how emotional well-being, learning, and family relationships intersect. Michelle works with clients of all ages — children, adolescents, and adults — as well as parents, couples, and families, supporting those navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, parental burnout, and school-related difficulties.
A particular area of specialty for Michelle is helping families navigate the school system. She is skilled at advocating for students, collaborating with teachers and other professionals, and bridging communication between home and school — believing that when families and schools work together, children are better supported both academically and emotionally. Whether she is helping a child learn to manage big emotions, supporting parents through burnout, strengthening a couple’s relationship, or advocating for a student’s needs, Michelle is committed to helping clients feel empowered, connected, and hopeful.
Michelle believes one of the greatest gifts we can offer another person is to truly listen to their story. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, drawing from family systems, attachment-based, experiential, and emotion-focused therapies, and grounded in the belief that every individual and family possesses resilience and the capacity for growth. As a parent herself, she brings both professional insight and lived understanding to her work with families. Outside the therapy room, Michelle enjoys strength training, boxing, running, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her children — experiences that remind her of the importance of resilience, balance, and finding joy in everyday moments.
